제이와이엔은 2022년 10월 인천에서 설립된 온라인 유통 회사입니다. 국내외 패션·라이프스타일 상품을 소싱해 KREAM(크림) 등 온라인 리셀 마켓플레이스에서 판매하며, 운영 업무를 자체 개발한 자동화 도구로 처리합니다. 통신판매업 신고를 마친 사업자이며 외부 투자 없이 자체 자금으로 운영합니다.

JYN is a Korean e-commerce company founded in October 2022 in Incheon. We source fashion and lifestyle products from domestic and overseas retailers and sell them through online channels, mainly the KREAM resale marketplace. We are a registered mail-order business, bootstrapped, and our operations run on automation tools we build in-house.

Internal software that runs JYN's day-to-day operations. Everything below is in production use; it is built and maintained with Claude Code, and parts of it run on Claude.

JYNB Ops Hub

A Go dashboard that runs the business: it watches stock and prices on 20+ domestic and overseas retailers and marketplaces (KREAM, 11st, Musinsa, COS, Cettire and more), sends a Discord alert within seconds of a restock or price drop, and keeps orders, shipments and accounts in one place.

KREAM listing & price management

Keeps our KREAM listings in step with inventory: suggests re-pricing within rules, pauses bidding wars instead of chasing them, reminds us about storage fees, and queues follow-up work when the market moves.

Shipping & customs automation

Tracks overseas orders end to end: forwarder intake, DHL Express import notices and Korean business-customs clearance. A scheduled Claude routine reads inbound DHL mail three times a day and flags shipments that still need clearance; a Google Apps Script files the clearance request with the DHL customs desk within five minutes of the notice.

해외 주문의 배대지 입고·DHL 수입 통지·사업자 통관을 추적. Claude 예약 루틴이 DHL 메일을 읽어 통관 필요 건을 표시하고, Apps Script가 통관 요청 메일을 자동 발송.

KakaoTalk ops assistant

A KakaoTalk bot that turns chat notes into inventory records. Claude (Sonnet) confirms each note in polite Korean before it is written; code handles the files, Claude only writes text.

Where Claude fits

Today: Claude Code writes and maintains most of the code above. Two scheduled Claude routines run every day: customs-mail triage and the KakaoTalk assistant.
Next: the Claude API via the Agent SDK to classify alerts (buy / watch / ignore) and to draft KREAM listing copy, so daily manual operations shrink from hours to minutes.
